FAAR [ Fahrettin Aykut area responsibility] is a platform which the very idea of it was formed towards the end of the nineties and at the end of my academic life. This platform aims to involve individuals who are working in arts, design, and crafts  throughout the design process from the beginning whilst aiming to serve in the architectural field. For years, together with the artists working in my workshop, we have worked on many successful projects. My main principle has been to analyze the subject correctly and conceptualize it, to create original content. The style generation and design should be done with this philosophy towards content. The subject could be a hotel design or a coffee table design or it can purely be a conceptual installation within this platform. My main philosophy in the initial process is to evaluate all factors simultaneously, such as targeted action and the audience, time, budget, local values, etc. To produce accurate content. Another space within the brand, FAARI aims to push the art beyond the decorative boundaries and establish it as a reference element, acting simultaneously with architecture. Further aspect of this venture is to enable prolific artists and craftsmen to actively participate in life and pave the way to their growth. By doing so and again increasing the channels of prolific individuals who produce art, it is intended to increase art’s accessibility by bringing it out to the streets. We are currently managing a combination of young and experienced artists actively participating in the formation process of our gallery in Çukurcuma, Istanbul, as well as local craftsmen and manufacturers from all over Turkey. Concurrently, FAARI will put on sale his own produced collection with art design products. The main principle is to ensure the accessibility of these sustainable, local, modern and handmade products.
